Can I visit Millimetre in person?

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You select the products you wish to buy and place them in the "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the "Add to Cart" icon, which is located in the upper right part of the website. You can remove any product by pressing the 'X' icon or the bin icon before completing the order. The order is completed once you select the "Buy" icon.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?

Products are only delivered in Greece via Geniki Tachydromiki, ACS or Courier Center. All orders are processed within five days of receipt of the Customer's order. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, while no order processing and deliveries are made on Sundays and holidays.

 

The shipping fee is four euros and ninety cents (€4.90) via Geniki Tachydromiki and ACS and four euros (€4.50) via Courier Center.

For orders exceeding the total amount of thirty-nine
euros (€39), shipping is free and shipping is done by Courier Center.

WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT?

Payment for products is made using one of the following methods:

Payment online by credit/debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD). By choosing to pay online by credit/debit card, the Customer is taken to a secure Stripe payment environment.

Via Paypal.

By bank deposit.

WHEN WILL I HAVE MY ORDER?

Products are only delivered to Greece via Geniki Tachydromiki or ACS. The ordered products are shipped no later than within five days of receipt of the Customer's order. No shipments are made on Saturday, while no shipments/processing and deliveries of orders are made on Sundays and holidays. Delivery time is 3-7 business days for most destinations and 3-10 for remote areas.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 10 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.

To return the products you will need to send an email to contact@millimetre.gr and inform us about it. We will notify you by email about the return process as soon as possible.

The product must be in the perfect condition in which you received it. Additionally, you must include your retail receipt or purchase invoice. The return will only be accepted via shipment with a transport Company of our indication and only after our approval.

In the event of a return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand, with the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand with the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the products.

CAN MY PURCHASE BE INVOICED?

Yes, invoicing is possible. It will be needed in her remarks
of your order to request it, and write down the necessary information (Name, phone number, address, email and VAT number). Your information remains strictly confidential.
