Shipping & Returns

Shipping and delivery of products: Products are only delivered to Greece via General Post, ACS or Courier Center. The ordered products are shipped no later than within five days of receipt of the Customer's order. No shipments are made on Saturday, while no shipments/processing and deliveries of orders are made on Sundays and holidays.

The shipping fee is four euros and ninety minutes ( € 4.90 ) via General Post and ACS and four euros and fifty minutes (€4.50) via Courier Center . For orders that exceed the total amount of thirty-nine euros (€39), shipping is free and shipping is done by Courier Center. The Company delivers the products by transferring their physical possession or control to the Customer without undue delay, but in any case within thirty (30) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and since an unreasonably long period of time has passed since the order was placed), please contact a representative of the www.millimetre.gr website . For your best and fastest service, we would recommend that you quote the special order code that has been sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

You have the right to return the whole order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of ten (10) calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable. In the event that the reason for your return concerns an error by the Company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the return has been made with the transport Company that MILLIMETRE will indicate to you.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to the Company's contact@millimetre.gr email address, clearly stating the Customer's decision to withdraw from the sales contract. As soon as the Company receives the Customer's declaration of Withdrawal as stated above, it will notify him without delay of confirmation of receipt of this withdrawal by sending an e-mail message to the e-mail address stated by the Customer.

You are obliged to send the product in the same condition in which you received it, confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail receipt or purchase invoice at the same time as the cancellation notice. The return will only be accepted via shipment with a transport Company of our indication and only after the approval of the Company. In the event of a return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we receive products. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of the Company, MILLIMETRE undertakes to re-send the courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense. In the event that the consumer wishes to return his order without the fault of the Company, then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself. From the moment the product leaves you, MILLIMETRE receives it within 1-3 working days for returns within Greece. In the event that you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. If you choose to send by post, we cannot receive your return. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail how to process it. After the return of the product, and if it is approved by the Company, under the conditions that it is not used and that it is not a product of an expensive performance contract, the customer is compensated for the full amount (excluding the initial shipping costs) or by a corresponding deposit to his bank account account, which he has completed on the return form that necessarily accompanies the returned merchandise, or in another way according to the above.
